Steps
- Click the Create button to start building a new Zap.
- Select the Trigger event to define what starts the automation.
- Search for and select Monday.com as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event from the available options and click on it.
- Connect your Monday.com account to authorize Zapier access.
- Click Continue to proceed to the next configuration step.
- Select the relevant Monday.com board you want to monitor.
- Click the Test trigger button to confirm Zapier can detect data from Monday.com.
- Search for and select Slack as the action app.
- Select an action event that will notify specific team members in Slack.
- Connect your Slack account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action by selecting the Slack channel and customizing the message text.
- Test the integration by clicking the Test step button.
- Confirm the Slack message is sent to the specified channel, then click Publish to activate the Zap.
