Steps

  1. Open Copilot Studio and navigate to Agents from the sidebar.
  2. Select the agent you want to connect with Excel.
  3. Inside the agent, locate and click the Knowledge section.
  4. Click + Add knowledge to begin adding a new knowledge source.
  5. Select SharePoint as the knowledge source type.
  6. Choose and select the document library that contains your Excel file.
  7. Click Confirm selection to proceed.
  8. Click Add to agent to attach the Excel file to the agent.
  9. Click Publish to save and deploy the updated agent configuration.
