Steps
- Open Copilot Studio and navigate to Agents from the sidebar.
- Select the agent you want to connect with Excel.
- Inside the agent, locate and click the Knowledge section.
- Click + Add knowledge to begin adding a new knowledge source.
- Select SharePoint as the knowledge source type.
- Choose and select the document library that contains your Excel file.
- Click Confirm selection to proceed.
- Click Add to agent to attach the Excel file to the agent.
- Click Publish to save and deploy the updated agent configuration.
