Steps

  1. Head over to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Dialpad for Salesforce.
  2. Hit the Try It Free button on the listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to begin a sandbox installation.
  4. Verify your account info is correct and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to proceed to your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and hit Continue.
  8. Choose who you are installing the app for and click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and hit Continue.
  10. Find your completed installation under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
