📌 Why this matters

The Braze and Salesforce integration enables marketing and CRM teams to unify customer engagement data across both platforms, ensuring that behavioral signals captured in Salesforce can power real-time, personalized campaigns in Braze. Installing the Salesforce to Braze connector via AppExchange takes only minutes and requires no custom development, making it accessible to Salesforce admins without engineering support. This integration is critical for organizations that want to eliminate data silos between their CRM and marketing automation stack, driving more relevant customer experiences and higher campaign ROI.
