Quick summary
The Braze Salesforce integration is installed directly through Salesforce AppExchange by finding the connector, selecting a sandbox or production environment, and completing the package installation with the appropriate user permissions. Once installed, the Salesforce to Braze connector appears under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
Steps
- Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for the Salesforce to Braze connector.
- Click the Try It Free button on the connector listing page.
- Select Try in your sandbox to install in a sandbox environment.
- Verify your account information and click Continue to Installation.
- Click Log In & Install to proceed to your Salesforce account login.
- Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce domain.
- Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
- Choose who you are installing the app for and click Install.
- Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finalize the installation.
- Find your installed connector under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
