Steps
- Navigate to your Coda document from the workspace.
- Go to your table and click the Options menu at the top right.
- Select the ellipsis icon to expand additional table actions.
- Click Form to transform your table into an interactive form for collecting structured data.
- Preview your form to confirm it captures exactly the fields you need before publishing.
- Click Publish form to make the form accessible to respondents with a single click.
- Hit Create link to generate a unique shareable URL that routes submissions directly to your table.
- Click Copy link and share it with your team to begin collecting form responses immediately.
