Closing a ticket in HubSpot allows you to mark an issue as resolved and update its status in your support pipeline.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- Click CRM menu and select Tickets from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the ticket you want to close in the list.
- Click the current Status value.
- Mark the ticket as Closed once the issue is resolved.
- Verify the ticket is now marked as Closed in the pipeline.
