To close a survey on SurveyMonkey, follow these steps:
- In your dashboard, find the survey you wish to close and click on it.
- Click the 'Collect Responses' tab at the top.
- Find the active collector and click on the ellipsis icon.
- Select 'Close collector' and this will stop accepting new responses for that particular link or method.
- SurveyMonkey may ask for confirmation, so confirm that you want to close the survey by clicking the 'Close collector' option.
- Once you've closed the collector, participants will no longer be able to submit responses.
