How to Close a Monday.com Account

Closing your Monday.com account permanently removes your access to the workspace and associated data.

  1. Log in to your Monday.com account and open your workspace dashboard.
  2. Click the grid icon at the top right corner of the screen to open the apps menu.
  3. Select Admin at the bottom of the list to open the admin settings.
  4. Click Billing from the settings panel on the left side.
  5. Open the Overview section under Billing.
  6. Click Close account and follow the confirmation prompts.
  7. Click Close account again to finalize the process.
  8. You have now successfully closed your Monday.com account.
