Cloning a report in Salesforce lets you reuse an existing report structure without rebuilding it from scratch. Use the Save As option to create a copy, rename it, and save it as a new report in seconds.
Steps
- Navigate to Reports in your Salesforce instance.
- Click on the report you want to clone.
- Click the down arrow beside the Edit button to open the dropdown menu.
- Select Save As from the dropdown.
- Enter a relevant Name for the cloned report and click Save.
