Here's how to do it:

1. Visit www.dropbox.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click your profile picture or initials.
3. From the dropdown menu, click Manage account.
4. Under the Plan or Account tab, you’ll see how much storage you’ve used (e.g., "2 GB of 5 GB used").
