How to Change the Sender Name in SendGrid

Steps

  1. On SendGrid's main dashboard, head to the left-side panel and click Marketing.
  2. Choose Senders from the list of options.
  3. Find the sender you want to edit and click its corresponding More Options button.
  4. Tap Edit to proceed.
  5. Click the input field under From Name and edit the existing sender name.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
  7. Your default sender name in SendGrid will now be updated according to your input.
