Changing your sender email in SurveyMonkey takes just a few steps inside Account Settings. Once updated, a verification email is sent to confirm and activate your new address.
Steps
- Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
- Within Account Settings, go to Login details and click Change account email and password.
- To change the sender email, click Edit.
- Enter your new email in the empty field.
- Re-enter your new email in the confirmation field to verify the change.
- Click OK and go to your email inbox to verify your new email address.
