This demo shows how to change Recently Viewed columns in Salesforce by accessing any object's list view settings and using the Select Fields to Display option. In just a few clicks, you can add or remove columns to surface the data that matters most in your Salesforce views.
Steps
- Go to the object tab (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Leads) in the left-side menu.
- Navigate to Recently Viewed, then click the dropdown button beside it.
- Switch to another list view.
- Click the gear icon and choose Select Fields to Display.
- Add or remove columns by clicking the > or < buttons.
- Click Save once done.
