Steps

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Salesforce dashboard to open Settings.
  2. Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Quick Find search bar, type and select Sales Processes.
  4. Select the Sales Process you want to edit from the list.
  5. Use the > and < arrow buttons to add or remove Opportunity Stages from the selected values.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.
