How to Change Legend Text in Power BI

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the 'Data' pane.
2. Click on the three-dot menu next to the table.
3. From the menu, select 'Expand all'.
4. Select a field and click on the three-dot menu next to the field.
5. Select 'Rename'.
6. Enter your custom legend label.
7. Following these steps updates the name everywhere the field is used unless it's been overridden elsewhere.
