How to Change Email Address in HubSpot

Changing an email address in HubSpot allows you to update a contact’s primary identifier used for communication and tracking.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
2. Click CRM menu and select Contacts from the dropdown menu.
3. Locate the contact you want to update in the list.
4. Click the contact’s Name to open the record.
5. Click the Email field to update their contact information.
6. Enter the new Email Address in the field.
7. Your contact information has been successfully updated in HubSpot.
