How to Change Deal Stages in HubSpot

Changing deal stages in HubSpot allows you to quickly update deal progress directly from the deals table or inside a deal record.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
2. Click CRM menu and select Deals from the dropdown menu.
3. Locate the deal you want to update in the list.
4. Find the Deal Stage column in the same row, then click the current stage value to edit it.
5. Wait for the change to Auto save automatically.
