Capturing new leads in HubSpot CRM allows you to automatically collect and store prospect information from forms, integrations, or manual entry.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
  2. Head over to Marketing, and select Forms from the dropdown list.
  3. Click create form in the top-right corner.
  4. Select form editor to start building your form.
  5. Choose start blank or select a template, then click Use template to proceed.
  6. Add your form fields such as name, email, company, and other details you want to collect.
  7. Once done, click Review and update to make your form live.
  8. Click on Copy a share link, and copy the embed code and place it on your website or landing page.
