Steps
- Access your account Settings from the Canva homepage.
- Navigate to the Billing & plans section in your account settings.
- Under Manage your subscriptions, click the ellipse (three-dot menu) next to your plan.
- Choose Cancel plan from the dropdown options.
- Select Continue cancellation to proceed past the retention screen.
- Choose and click your preferred cancellation reason from the list provided.
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking the confirm button.
- After cancelling, verify your details and submit the final confirmation.
- Once confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be billed.
