How to Block a User on Zendesk
It is very easy to block a user on Zendesk. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it in simple steps:
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Customers'.
- Browse the list of customers on the main dashboard and select the user you wish to block.
- Tap the drop-down arrow next to the 'New Ticket' button.
- Choose 'Suspend Access' afterwards.
- After completing these steps, the selected customer will be blocked and suspended from sending tickets and emails to your channel.
