Quick summary
Blocking a user in Zendesk prevents them from submitting tickets or sending emails to your support channel. Agents can suspend access directly from the Customers panel in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Customers.
- Browse the customer list on the main dashboard and select the user you want to block.
- Tap the drop-down arrow next to the New Ticket button.
- Choose Suspend Access from the dropdown menu.
- The selected customer is now blocked and suspended from sending tickets and emails to your channel.
