How To Backup Confluence

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Access the Backup Manager to view history, schedule automatic backups, and restore data.
3. Click Create backup for server and check the Backup attachments if needed.
4. Fill in the necessary fields, then click Start backup.
