Backing up HubSpot deals and pipelines allows you to export your data into a file for safekeeping or reporting.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- Click CRM menu and select Deals from the dropdown menu.
- Click Export to start pulling your deal data into a downloadable file.
- Confirm the export by clicking Export again—you'll get an email when it's ready.
- Wait for the email notification and then download your backup file.
