Steps

  1. Click on the table visual where you want to apply conditional formatting.
  2. Open the Visualization pane on the right side of the canvas.
  3. Click the Format option within the Visualization pane.
  4. In the Fields pane, hover over Column headers to reveal formatting options.
  5. Customize the font size and font style for the column headers.
  6. Select the font color to apply to the column header text.
  7. Set a cell background color based on the underlying data value.
  8. Choose the text alignment for the cells in your table visual.
  9. Navigate to the Cell elements tab within the Format pane.
  10. Review the available conditional formatting types: background color, data bars, and font color.
  11. Click the toggle slider to enable your chosen conditional formatting setting.
