1. To add a video in Adobe InDesign, go to the top menu and select 'Window' → 'Interactive' → 'Media.'
2. Once the Media panel opens, go to the bottom-right corner and click the ‘Add Media’ icon to import a video from an external source.     
3. Select the media or video you want to upload from your file location, then click ‘Open.’
4. Your video will be added to the Media panel.
