1. Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
2. From your drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.
3. In the 'Design Survey' tab, click '+ New Question'.
4. At the end of the survey, add a question where participants can provide their email addresses for entry into the raffle.
5. Click 'Preview survey'.
6. Click 'Continue'.
7. Navigate to the 'Products' section.
8. Select 'Apps & Integrations'.
9. Under the 'App Directory' select 'My Apps'.
10. Go to 'appyReward for Survey Respondents' and click 'Details'.
11. Click '+ New Demo Campaign'.
