Steps
- In the Quick Find search bar, type and select 'Quick Text Settings'.
- Enable or turn on Quick Text from the settings toggle.
- Click the 'App Launcher' and type 'Quick Text' again in the search bar to navigate to the feature.
- Select 'New Quick Text' at the top right corner of the Quick Text list page.
- Fill in all required details in the dialog box, then modify the settings as needed.
- Once done, click 'Save' to confirm your new Quick Text entry.
- Your Quick Text has been successfully created and is ready to use.
