Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, head to the top menu bar and click 'Business'.
- Select 'Products and Services' from the dropdown list.
- Find and open the specific product to which you want to add stock.
- Tap the 'New Adjustment' button to proceed.
- Click the 'Adjustment Type' menu to expand your options.
- Pick 'Increase Quantity' from the available choices.
- Click the 'Increase Quantity By' field and enter the quantity to add.
- Specify the required details including Adjustment Account, Region, and Reference.
- Click 'Next' to continue to the review screen.
- Review the adjustment details, then tap 'Post Adjustment' to confirm.
- The new stock quantity for the selected product is now updated in your Xero inventory.
