How to Add Product Stocks in Xero

It is very easy to add product stocks in Xero. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

  1. On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Business'.
  2. Select 'Products and Services' from the list of options.
  3. After that, find and open the specific product to which you want to add stock.
  4. Tap the 'New Adjustment' button to proceed.
  5. Subsequently, click the 'Adjustment Type' menu.
  6. Pick 'Increase Quantity' from the choices.
  7. Following that, click the 'Increase Quantity By' field and enter the quantity to add.
  8. Specify the other required information, particularly the Adjustment Account, Region, and Reference.
  9. Once done, click 'Next' to continue.
  10. Review the details, then tap 'Post Adjustment'.
  11. After completing these steps, the new stocks of the selected product will be added to your Xero inventory.
