It is very easy to unlock accounts in Xero when the password is forgotten. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:
- On Xero's login page, click 'Forgot Password'.
- After that, enter your registered email into the provided input field and click 'Send Link'.
- Open the email from Xero, then tap 'Reset Password'.
- Subsequently, enter the new password you want to set into the provided input field. Retype it into the next entry box for confirmation.
- Once done, click 'Reset Password'.
- After completing these steps, your newly nominated password will be enabled immediately. Tap 'Back to Login' and then sign in to your account using the new credentials.
