Quick summary
Canceling a Xero free trial subscription takes just a few clicks inside your account settings. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab, locate your trial, and use the Cancel Subscription option to stop it before you're charged.
Steps
- On the Xero main dashboard, go to the top-right corner and click the Profile icon.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu to proceed.
- Click the Subscription tab inside your account settings.
- Find the free trial subscription you want to cancel, then click the More Options button next to it.
- Select Cancel Subscription from the list of available options.
- Choose the reason for canceling, then click Confirm Cancellation to complete the process.
