This demo shows how to add a weather widget to Notion using a third-party provider like Indify and Notion's built-in embed block. In under five minutes, you can display live weather data on any Notion page without writing a single line of code.
Steps
- Search for a weather widget provider such as Indify, WidgetBox, or another Notion widget provider.
- Log in to your Notion account via the widget provider's sign-in flow.
- Click +Add new widget to expand your widget collection inside Indify.
- Click +Create widget on the Weather option to start building your custom weather element.
- Copy the widget's embed link from the widget configuration page.
- Open the Notion page where you want to display the weather widget.
- Type /embed to open the Notion block menu.
- Click Embed from the block options to insert an embed block.
- Paste the weather widget link into the embed field.
- Click Embed link to confirm and load the widget.
- Your weather widget is now live and embedded in your Notion page.
