Steps

1. Open the survey you want to edit by clicking the ellipsis icon.
2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.
3. Select an existing question that you want to edit and click 'Edit'.
4. To add a photo to the survey, click 'Edit' on the target question.
5. Click into the question text box to activate the text editor.
6. In the text editor toolbar above the question text field, click the image icon.
7. In the pop-up window, click 'Browse for an image' to upload your photo.
8. After the image uploads, add an image description and adjust the dimensions, then click 'OK' to apply changes.
9. Once the image is inserted and adjusted, click 'Save' to save the question.
10. Your survey question now displays a photo alongside the question text.
