How to Add a Milestone in Microsoft Project

Adding a milestone in Microsoft Project is simple and there are a couple of clean ways to do it:

1. Go to the 'Gantt Chart' Tools tab.
2. Select the row where you want to add the milestone.
3. Select 'Milestone' in the 'Insert' group.
4. Then, a milestone will be added to your project plan after selecting 'Milestone' from the 'Insert' group.
5. Once the milestone is added, it is represented by a diamond shape.
