Adding a credit card to YouTube is done through your Google Pay account via the Purchases and memberships settings. This lets you securely store a payment method for YouTube Premium, channel memberships, and purchases.
Steps
- Go to youtube.com and click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Purchases and memberships from the dropdown menu.
- Click Manage payment methods, or click Add payment method if none is listed.
- You will be redirected to pay.google.com — click Add payment method.
- Select a credit or debit card, enter your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address, then click Save.
