Quick summary
The Salesforce Recycle Bin stores all deleted records and lets you restore, permanently delete, or empty them in bulk. Accessing it through the app drawer gives you full control over deleted data without needing admin tools.
Steps
- Click on the app drawer in the top left corner and search for Recycle Bin to open it.
- Use the Restore, Delete, or Empty Org Recycle Bin options to manage your deleted items.
- Click Empty Org Recycle Bin to permanently clear all deleted records at once.
- Confirm the action and look for the success message indicating the deletion is complete.
