Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top menu of the dashboard to open setup options.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- Choose a profile and click Edit next to it.
- Scroll down to Administrative Permissions to view the available API settings.
- Scroll further and locate API Enabled to confirm the checkbox is checked or activated.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save to apply your changes.
