Use this interactive demo to learn how to open Experience Builder via Salesforce Advanced Setup.

Quick summary

Salesforce Community Builder — now called Experience Builder — lets you design and manage digital experience sites directly within Salesforce. You can access it in four quick steps through Advanced Setup and the Digital Experiences menu.

Steps

  1. On your Salesforce dashboard, click the gear icon in the top-right menu to open Setup options.
  2. Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Quick Find box, type and select All Sites under Digital Experiences.
  4. Find your site in the list and click Builder next to it to launch Community Builder (also known as Experience Builder).

📌 Why this matters

Salesforce Community Builder, now rebranded as Experience Builder, is the central tool for designing and managing branded digital experience sites — including customer portals, partner communities, and self-service hubs. Knowing how to navigate to it quickly through Advanced Setup and the Digital Experiences menu saves administrators time and reduces friction during site configuration. For organizations building connected customer and partner experiences on Salesforce, mastering this navigation path is a foundational skill that unlocks the full power of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
