SurveyMonkey's Quiz Mode lets you convert any existing survey into a graded quiz with correct answers, scores, and result messaging — all without rebuilding your survey from scratch. You can enable it in just a few clicks from the survey editor's Options menu.
Steps
- Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
- From the drop-down menu, select Edit survey.
- In the Design Survey tab, click on the Options menu located on the right side of the SurveyMonkey toolbar.
- From the Options menu, go to the Quiz option and click on it.
- Enable Quiz Mode by sliding the toggle button to the right.
- Quiz Mode is now active — your survey supports correct answers, scores, and result messaging.
