Exporting Contacts from HubSpot

Exporting contacts from HubSpot allows you to download your contact data for backup, reporting, or use in other tools.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
2. Click on CRM from the left side panel, then select Contacts from the dropdown menu.
3. Select the contacts you want to export by checking the boxes next to their names.
4. Click the Export Button to start generating your file.
5. Choose your file format, review export details, then click the Export button to generate and download your contacts file.
6. You’re all set! Your contacts have been successfully exported.
