Creating a form in Monday.com allows you to collect information from customers, teammates, or leads and automatically turn each response into a new item on your board.
- Log in to your Monday.com account and open your workspace dashboard.
- Open the board where you want form responses to be stored.
- Click the + Add View button at the top of the board.
- Select Form from the list of available view options.
- Add form fields based on the columns already in your board.
- Customize the form title and reorder fields as needed.
- Click Share Form to copy the form link and send it to respondents.
- Your form is now ready, and each submission received will automatically appear as a new item in your board.
