Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to start building your automation.
  2. Click Trigger to begin configuring the trigger step of your Zap.
  3. Search for and select Trello as the trigger app.
  4. Choose a trigger event such as Card Moved to List or New Card based on the Trello board change you want to use to trigger HubSpot.
  5. Connect your Trello account to Zapier to authorize the integration.
  6. Select the Trello board and specify the list or card criteria for the trigger.
  7. Run a test to ensure Zapier correctly detects the Trello board change.
  8. Add HubSpot as the Action App in your Zap.
  9. Choose an action event such as Create/Update Deal to sync the sales pipeline, then connect your HubSpot account.
  10. Map Trello data — including card title, description, and due date — to the relevant HubSpot deal fields.
  11. Run a test to verify that changes in Trello correctly trigger the workflow in HubSpot.
  12. Click Publish to activate your Zap and automatically sync your sales pipeline between Trello and HubSpot.
