Steps

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.

3. Search for Microsoft Outlook and select it as your trigger app.
4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Email" or "New Contact", to define what starts your Zap.
5. Connect your Outlook account and select the mailbox or calendar you want to monitor.
6. Click "Action" and search for Brevo to add it as your action app.
7. Select an action event, such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".
8. Connect your Brevo account when prompted — you will need your API key from Brevo's integration settings.
9. Map Outlook data (such as name, email, or event details) to the corresponding Brevo fields.
10. Run a test to verify that Outlook data syncs correctly with Brevo.
