Quick summary
The Brevo Microsoft Outlook integration lets you automate contact and email syncing between Outlook and Brevo by building a no-code Zap in Zapier. Once active, the Zap monitors your Outlook mailbox for trigger events and automatically performs actions in Brevo — such as adding or updating contacts — without any manual effort.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for Microsoft Outlook and select it as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event, such as "New Email" or "New Contact", to define what starts your Zap.
- Connect your Outlook account and select the mailbox or calendar you want to monitor.
- Click "Action" and search for Brevo to add it as your action app.
- Select an action event, such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".
- Connect your Brevo account when prompted — you will need your API key from Brevo's integration settings.
- Map Outlook data (such as name, email, or event details) to the corresponding Brevo fields.
- Run a test to verify that Outlook data syncs correctly with Brevo.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the live automation.
