This demo shows how to connect Microsoft Exchange to Brevo using a Zapier automation that automatically syncs contacts whenever a new email or contact appears in your Exchange mailbox. Once the Zap is live, contact data flows from Exchange into Brevo without any manual effort.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier and click Create, then select Zaps to start building a new automation.
- Click Trigger to open the trigger configuration and select the app that will start your workflow.
- Search for and click Microsoft Exchange as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as New Email or New Contact to define what starts the Zap.
- Connect your Microsoft Exchange account and select the mailbox or calendar you want to monitor.
- Add Brevo as the Action App to define what happens after the trigger fires.
- Choose Add or Update Contact as the action event in Brevo.
- Connect your Brevo account to authorize the integration.
- Map Exchange data — such as name, email, and event details — to the corresponding Brevo fields.
- Run a test to verify that Exchange data syncs correctly with Brevo.
- Click Publish to activate your Zap and start the automated sync.
