Brevo Microsoft-Exchange Integration

Updated on:
May 12, 2026
By:
Madhav Bhandari
Use this interactive demo to learn how to automate contact syncing between Microsoft Exchange and Brevo.

Quick summary

This demo shows how to connect Microsoft Exchange to Brevo using a Zapier automation that automatically syncs contacts whenever a new email or contact appears in your Exchange mailbox. Once the Zap is live, contact data flows from Exchange into Brevo without any manual effort.

Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier and click Create, then select Zaps to start building a new automation.
  2. Click Trigger to open the trigger configuration and select the app that will start your workflow.
  3. Search for and click Microsoft Exchange as the trigger app.
  4. Choose a trigger event such as New Email or New Contact to define what starts the Zap.
  5. Connect your Microsoft Exchange account and select the mailbox or calendar you want to monitor.
  6. Add Brevo as the Action App to define what happens after the trigger fires.
  7. Choose Add or Update Contact as the action event in Brevo.
  8. Connect your Brevo account to authorize the integration.
  9. Map Exchange data — such as name, email, and event details — to the corresponding Brevo fields.
  10. Run a test to verify that Exchange data syncs correctly with Brevo.
  11. Click Publish to activate your Zap and start the automated sync.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Microsoft Exchange with Brevo via Zapier eliminates the manual work of keeping your email and marketing contact lists in sync. Every time a new email or contact appears in Exchange, Brevo is updated automatically, ensuring your marketing lists are always accurate and up to date. This integration is essential for sales and marketing teams that rely on Exchange as their primary communication platform and Brevo for email campaigns and CRM. Automating contact management reduces data entry errors and lets teams focus on engagement rather than maintenance.
