Trigger Google Calendar Reminders from Asana Task Due Dates

Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin.
  2. Click "Trigger" and search for Asana to select it.
  3. Choose a trigger event, such as New Task or Task Updated, based on your needs.
  4. Authorize Zapier to access your Asana account.
  5. Select the Asana workspace and project to monitor for task changes.
  6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects tasks from Asana.
  7. Select Google Calendar as the action app.
  8. Choose "Create Detailed Event" as the action event and connect your Google Calendar account.
  9. Map Asana task details (e.g., task name, due date, description) to Google Calendar event fields.
  10.  Run a test to ensure reminders are triggered correctly.
  11.  Click "Publish" to activate the automation.
