This demo shows how to connect Instapage to Google Sheets using a Zapier automation, so every new form submission is instantly recorded as a spreadsheet row without manual data entry.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger", then search for Instapage and select it as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event, such as "New Form Submission", to define what starts the Zap.
- Connect your Instapage account and select the landing page form you want to track.
- Add Google Sheets as the Action App in your Zap.
- Select an action event, such as "Create Spreadsheet Row", to define what happens in Google Sheets.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize access.
- Choose the spreadsheet and worksheet where form data should be recorded.
- Run a test to verify that Instapage form submissions are correctly added to Google Sheets.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the live automation.
