Push Hunter to Airtable using Zapier

Use this interactive demo to learn how to automatically sync Hunter leads into an Airtable base via Zapier.

This tutorial shows how to push Hunter leads to Airtable using Zapier by building an automated Zap that triggers on a new Hunter lead or email address found and creates a corresponding record in Airtable without any manual data entry. In under 15 minutes you can have a fully automated lead pipeline running between Hunter and Airtable.


Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
  2. Click "Trigger" to start configuring the trigger step of your Zap.
  3. Search for Hunter in the app search field and select it as your trigger app.
  4. Choose a trigger event such as "New Lead" or "Email Address Found" to define what starts the Zap.
  5. Connect your Hunter account by authorizing Zapier to access it.
  6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the lead correctly from Hunter.
  7. Add Airtable as the Action App in the next step of the Zap.
  8. Select an action event such as "Create Record" to define what Airtable should do when the Zap fires.
  9. Connect your Airtable account by authorizing Zapier to access it.
  10. Choose the Airtable base and table where the Hunter lead data should be stored.
  11. Run a test to verify that Hunter leads are correctly added to Airtable.
  12. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automated lead sync.
