This demo shows how to push Ghost analytics data to Google Sheets using a Zapier automation, connecting your Ghost blog as the trigger and Google Sheets as the action app to log data rows automatically without manual exports.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" to start configuring the trigger step of your Zap.
- Search for Ghost and select it as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as "New Analytics Data" or "Post Published" depending on the available triggers in your Ghost account.
- Connect your Ghost account by providing the required API key or URL for your Ghost blog.
- Add Google Sheets as the Action App in your Zap.
- Select an action event such as "Create Spreadsheet Row" or "Update Spreadsheet Row".
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize Zapier access.
- Select the spreadsheet and worksheet where the Ghost data should be added.
- Run a test to verify the integration works correctly and data flows as expected.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automated sync.
