Quick summary
Viewing a Jira workflow lets you see every status stage a ticket moves through, from start to done. You can access the workflow diagram directly from any ticket using the Status menu in just a few clicks.
Steps
- In your Jira space, find and open the ticket you want to check.
- Click the Status menu on the open ticket.
- Choose View Workflow from the dropdown list.
- The full workflow diagram for the selected Jira ticket will be displayed for viewing.
