Jira's ticket history feature lets teams track every change made to a sprint issue, including status updates, assignments, and edits. You can access the full activity log directly from the ticket's Activity section in just a few clicks.
Steps
- In your Jira scrum board, head to the top navigation bar and click 'Backlog'.
- Go to the sprint you want to check, then select a ticket to open it.
- Scroll down to the Activity section, then tap the 'More' menu.
- Choose 'History' from the list of options.
- The full ticket history of the selected Jira issue will now be displayed for viewing.
