Steps
- Click the Create Survey button to start a new survey.
- Give your survey a clear title.
- Add open-ended questions to ask for additional preferences, such as whether participants prefer a virtual or in-person meeting.
- Click SAVE to save your open-ended question.
- Add multiple-choice questions that allow participants to indicate their availability on specific dates and times.
- Once you have added the time slots, click SAVE.
- Once your survey is ready, click Preview Survey to review it.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Send your survey via web link and click Copy to copy the link.
- Share the copied link with your groups.
- Once responses are collected, click the Analyze Results tab.
- Review the survey results to determine the best meeting time and date based on participant availability.
