Steps

In the Zoom meeting room, hover your mouse cursor over the video of the participant you wish to spotlight.
Click the More Options button at the top-right corner of the participant's video.
Select Spotlight For Everyone from the list of options.
The selected participant instantly becomes the primary speaker as the Spotlight feature is activated for all attendees.
When finished, click Remove Spotlight to return to the original meeting layout.
